Persyaratan:
  • Undergraduate or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or Economics from a reputable university, with an outstanding record of academic achievement (minimum GPA 3.5)
  • Fresh graduates welcome, however preferably 1-3 years of relevant work experience in either ecommerce, management consulting, or business-related role
  • Strong project management skills; experience managing multiple timelines in a dynamic work environment
  • Exceptional aptitude for quantitative and analytical problem solving
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Self-driven and team-oriented; ability to work effectively in a team environment or individually, and the ability to drive stakeholders
  • Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
  • Strong MS Office Excel skills provide an advantage
  • Interest in fashion retail and/or ecommerce will provide an advantage
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:We are looking for a Marketplace Analyst to help drive growth in Zalora’s Marketplace platform. This role is under the Commercial team, and will be reporting to the Marketplace Manager.  It is based in Jakarta, Indonesia and is responsible to manage brands and help drive strategic initiatives for Marketplace. This is a unique, exciting opportunity to influence minds and make a positive difference to ZALORA, and to your career.
  • Support Commercial-Buying team to strengthen and develop relationship with key marketplace brands
  • Monitor and drive performance of Marketplace brands versus business plan in terms of sales, profit, and growth versus
  • Collaborate with Commercial-Buying team to effectively manage both strategic and long-tail brands
  • Drive multiple strategic initiatives and manage relevant stakeholders
  • Conduct brand acquisition and drive growth of newly acquired brands
